The current rapid technological and IT developments clearly indicate that companies operating in the competitive sector must apply modern technologies and broadly introduce IT applications into their daily operations to ensure resilient and sustainable functioning.

Kecskés Kft. is highly committed to continuous development activities in order to produce the highest quality products related to both its main activities and the activities targeted for improvement in this project.

In line with its commitment to continuous improvement, Kecskés Kft. has acquired new equipment (Doosan G60S-7 gas-powered forklift, Aerservice mobile extractors). It is important that technological development is complemented by high-level enterprise management practices and organizational development. Therefore, one employee participated in a 24-hour soft skill training course, and the company carried out 50 hours of organizational, process, and management development to optimize organizational structure, internal regulations, workflows, and job roles.

Thanks to the technological renewal, the company’s productivity increases, and it is entering a more balanced growth phase. The stable financial background contributes to enhanced competitiveness, stable organizational operation, and effective management of (human) resources.

As part of the project, a Koike PNC-12 Extreme CNC plasma and flame cutting machine and a Metron Athena paint and drying booth were procured. From a technological point of view, the CNC device is a programmable, flexible automatic production machine. Its main advantage is its high flexibility, capable of performing a wide range of machining tasks based on programs entered into its control system, thus allowing for a broad product range during manufacturing.

Thanks to the booth’s efficient dust extraction, painting and drying processes can occur under safe, high-quality, and hygienic conditions. It prevents the concentration of toxic and harmful substances by directing airflow upwards, contributing to safe working conditions. The acquisition of the equipment enables us to increase our capacity not only in quantity but also in quality. As a result, we are able to meet increasing market demands and serve a wider customer base while retaining our existing workforce. We consider this development crucial for maintaining our competitiveness and strengthening our current market position. The increase in efficiency and improvement in quality lead to an expansion of our client base, with an increasing number of orders from EU member states, highlighting the growing importance of exports for our company.

The production of new, high-quality products, the efficient use of resources, and the expansion of capacities contribute to reduced production costs and increased revenues and profits. Our goal is to lay the foundation for further success through added value growth and technological advancement.
